Christine leads flowing vinyasa-style classes that help students drop into the present moment through pranayama (breathwork) and mindful awareness. She encourages everyone to experiment and make the practice their own, honoring what their body needs in each moment and exploring what feels good without restriction. She completed RYT-200 yoga teacher training at Amara Yoga & Arts in 2014 and has additional training in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction).
Olivia Tasch completed her 200-hour teacher training at Amara Yoga & Arts in 2020. Since then, she has taught vinyasa flow, gentle, and prenatal classes that are rooted in intuitive movement and sequencing that builds to create a safe and predictable practice.
200hr YTT certified and NASM CPT. I quit my job in 2024 to do yoga full time, because my goal is to help anyone and everyone feel just a little bit better than they did yesterday. I firmly believe Yoga is a lifestyle. It’s not just about movements and rolling the mat out, but about how you connect to yourself and the thing within you. My teaching style reflects this personal philosophy. Can’t wait to see you in class
I am a physical therapist and I incorporate my love and understanding for how the human body is structured and functions with my love of connecting the mind, body , breath and spirit. I am very intentional in how I teach. My focus is for each student honor themselves during any given class and to find peace regardless of their level of skill or execution on that day. I practice and teach with Santosha- the Yama that tells us to find contentment with who we are at any given moment.
Sonya is a RYT 200 Yoga Teacher who has been at Hatha since becoming a certified teacher in 2020 and has practiced yoga for nearly 30 years. She is registered as a teacher through Yoga Alliance. I believe the mat is one of the most honest places you can show up. I bring everything I have, athleticism, spirituality, and a deep commitment to growth, into every class I teach. I’m not here to just lead a workout. I’m here to help you build something lasting in your body, your mind, and your life.
