CAN I USE THE GYM EQUIPMENT?
Hatha offers private and small group training and classes in our fitness space. Peloton bikes are available for reservation. Open Gym Access allows clients to book our gym space and utilize our state of the art equipment for their own workouts. A free, 15-minute orientation is required before booking Open Gym time. Our Personal Trainers or Studio Ambassadors will orient you to the space and give helpful tips and tricks for maximizing your workout.
WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIAL NEED?
If you have an injury or special condition, please consult first with your doctor or care provider about when it is appropriate to add physical activity like yoga. We encourage everyone to build slowly after any restriction in movement. Join our Gentle or Foundations classes first. If you can come early to class, our teachers would love to hear about what movements work for you and help you make adjustments to your practice.
IS LATE ENTRY TO CLASS ALLOWED?
We do not permit late entry to any of our classes (even if they are not full). We are so excited our studio is growing and changing rapidly but to ensure the safety and enjoyment of classes for all of our students we do not permit late entry to classes.
CAN I SIGN UP FOR CLASSES IN ADVANCE?
Yes! We encourage students to sign up in advance using Mindbody to reserve their spot. However, if you reserve your spot ahead of time be sure to be here at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot could be given to walk ins! In addition to this if you sign up ahead of time and do not attend the class there is a $10 no show fee.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
